Access Bars

Access Bars® is a gentle, energy-balancing technique that involves lightly touching 32 points on the head to release limiting thoughts, beliefs, and stress, helping you create a life you love. This deeply relaxing experience promotes mental clarity, emotional release, and overall well-being. Sessions are available for individuals to book at my Fairmont location or you can coordinate with me to schedule refreshing mini-sessions at your business.

About ZenJen

I'm Jennifer Kelly, founder of ZenJen. With over 22 years of experience in transformational health coaching and executive leadership in the life sciences industry, I understand the health challenges our community faces. I'm ready to help you (or your team)  transform and empower wellness.

 

All my life, I have naturally gravitated towards holistic wellness practices, even before I knew what they were called. As a child, I found joy in playing outdoors and felt a deep connection with practices like meditation. In the early 2000s, I began incorporating holistic wellness such as meditation, Reiki, and EFT into my daily routine. These practices brought me a sense of harmony. Whenever life threw challenges my way—whether it was a demanding project, illness, or the loss of a loved one—I would often abandon these nurturing habits, telling myself I didn’t have the time.

 

For years, I fell into a cycle of working until I was utterly exhausted, only to crash and burn. I would push myself to the brink, ignoring the signs of mental and physical fatigue. The crash manifested in various ways: emotional outbursts, illness, and an overwhelming sense of burnout. I thought it was normal to live this way, as many around me did.

 

However, I eventually realized that constantly sacrificing my well-being wasn’t sustainable. I needed a change.

 

Over a decade  ago, I made a pivotal decision to stop the relentless cycle of overworking and start incorporating small, manageable wellness practices into my daily life. Instead of aiming for perfection, I focused on making gradual changes, like starting my day with exercise and a healthy breakfast. This Kaizen approach—small, incremental changes—helped me rebuild a sustainable practice. Over time, I added exercise, meditation, gratitude, and mindfulness, finding that these habits became integral to how I wanted to live. I reinforced my dedication to self-improvement by prioritizing the 8 dimensions of wellness.  Embracing each dimension as it unfolded, I integrated these practices as my core foundation. This journey empowered me to unlock my inner harmony, giving me the tools to take greater control over my life. Now, I live a life that honors my boundaries and well-being, and I strive to help others do the same by sharing my journey and encouraging them to find joy and fulfillment in their own lives.

 Once I discovered Access Bars, I realized it was my calling to share this transformative service with others. Experiencing a profound sense of surrender, I felt my mind, body, and soul release what no longer served me, creating space for the things I deeply sought in life: peace, ease, and joy. Each session brought about positive changes that not only boosted my confidence but also facilitated the emotional release of blockages, paving the way for greater creativity and expansion. I enjoy being a practitioner and teaching other practitioners as an Access Bars Facilitator.
